Monaco holds a special place in the heart of any real F1 fan because of the particular affinity the sport has with this Mediterranean principality. That being said, even if you are not a motorsport fan, you are likely to know that Monaco = Formula One and Formula One = Monaco. The Monte-Carlo Grand Prix is the jewel in the F1 crown. The Principality is synonymous with glamour and luxury, and Formula One fits in well here… even though it literally is a squeeze to fit an F1 race (and all it entails), for just 4 days a year when the circus comes to town.
Monaco is a beautiful place, and I am always impressed with the cleanliness of this place. Puppy and I enjoyed our hill climbs, walking around Monte-Carlo. What I miss most though, is the love the Monegasque have for dogs. Our canine friends are welcome in so many places. I can never understand why dogs are not permitted in more public places in London. If your dog is well behaved and toilet trained, then why can’t they accompany you to shopping malls and restaurants?
Ciao regazzi! 🙂
